We are available to assist you every day of the year if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit to our home. We have onsite property management available 24/7 for anything concerning that may arise.

MANAGED: This well managed property needs good guest behavior and adherence to instructions, rules, terms, conditions, and requires online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording depending on staffing. There may be interior decibel meters to report excessive noise. To allow enough time for full cleaning, check-In time is 5pm and Check-Out is 11am.

She could use some love
Upon arrival, it was obvious that it wasn’t ran through for a touch up cleaning same date of arrival. We had a dead field mouse in the master tub and ants all over the kitchen counter. The bathrooms need serious updating, decks need to be painted, she just needs some love. It’s a cool place, we had a great time. If you put about 10k for some upgrades, it would be a more pleasurable stay for your future guests.

If you're looking for an unclean house in disrepair, look no further. Read all the negative reviews, as they are true. As soon as we got in, or socks we're collecting dog hair from the floor (as it had not been cleaned). The fireplace in the bottom floor did not work. Luckily, there is central heating. Also, the bottom floor TV does not have cable. Tons of dust and dog hair under furniture; no deep cleaning done. One of the towel bars in the downstairs bathroom is broken and the vent grate in the ceiling was not screwed in all the way. The shower hardware is also rusting. One of the swivel sofa chairs in the upstairs is tilted at an angle that makes it uncomfortable to sit in. The stove has only two actual burners; the other half is a grill, which didn't produce much heat at all. This made cooking for a large group difficult. Just the basic salt and pepper in the cabinet, so bring your own spices. The knife set was good though. The view is great from the large deck. Short 10-15 min walk to the beach. Make sure your trace your steps back to the house as the trail goes through some brush. You have access to the garage (one remote), which is a plus. I'm conclusion, great place if you just need a bed and beach access. Not so great place if you want cleanliness, working appliances, multiple cable and TV's.

Wonderful and private location. 6 adults, we enjoyed walks to the beach, view of the ocean and weather conditions. Convenient kitchen, dining table for games and plenty of seating for enjoying a movie together.

Making the best out of it
My family and I enjoyed our time together here, however there were lots of issues with the functionality of the home and it was not very clean. Our son had an allergic reaction the first evening there, the window seals and bathroom have mold and moss. The master shower is rusting, the curtains have pink mold. The master bath was in very very bad shape. The two burners on the stove would not work no matter what we did to remedy it, there’s tons of grease in the vent of the stove top. It was very cold in the basement, the heat doesn’t work, the wood stove would not light. The fan to move upstairs heat doesn’t work. There was a a ton of dust all over the house. We made the best of our stay and we appreciate having the time to get away but the home requires attention and updates.

Overall, this fit the needs of our group well. Property was a short walk to the beach, had plenty of parking, was quiet, and was clean. Drawbacks were as follows: 1) Stove did not work. We had to call maintenance twice to fix the issue. While they were responsive in coming over, we were in the middle of a big dinner both nights when the burners stopped working. Dinner was delayed by nearly 2 hours, which was frustrating for kids. 2) No pull out couches as advertised. The couches were nice, but we needed them for sleeping and the listing said they were sleeper sofas. 3) The house wasnt well appointed. There were no cleaning cloths in the kitchen, there wasnt a good selection of family size dishes such as baking dishes, and no basic items such as plastic wrap.

The location and beach access were great. The property was somewhat run down. Most significantly, the listing says that there is a sleeper couch and a futon couch. The sleeper was broken and we did not find a futon. This created some difficulty for the children and the family as we planned for children to sleep in those locations. This was disappointing.

Not bad but...
The house was not clean at all. We had to clean the shower/tub before we used it. They were filthy. The grease trap on the stove was full of old smelly grease. We had to clean that up to get the smell out of the kitchen. The bed spreads were covered in black animal hair. None of us have black hair. Also, the beds smelled of Febreze. We really hope the sheets and bed covers were washed, but based on the amount of animal fur, I really doubt it. The floors were dusty and full of long light dog hair when we checked in. The house was in much better condition when we left, because we took a couple of hours cleaning the house before we departed. Check in was difficult, because the address on the property information sheet was in accurate. Checkout didn't go smoothly, because the instructions say to call to check out, but nobody answered. Other than that, it was decent enough, but for the price, I would have preferred spending more time enjoying the views and fresh air, rather than cleaning to make it tolerable.

Bad experience with house and service
My family and I arrived to this house ready to start our wonderful vacation. However, upon entry of the house, we were immediately overwhelmed with a strong smell of mustiness and some kind of urine. We went downstairs and the smell was even stronger so we felt that there was something in the carpet or something died under the house. The garage also had a window that was completely covered in flies. As we looked at the rest of the house, it became most apparent that this house wasn't clean. The bathrooms were dirty and had mold, there was residue in the bath/shower, the air vents were covered in dust and grime. We went out on the deck and we could see boards loose and a couple were bowed and coming up, it didn't seem very safe at all. When we experienced this, I call the host immediately and shared with him what we were experiencing. He sent a caretaker over to review our concerns. When she arrived, my wife showed her around the house and the caretaker thought that maybe something died under the house. She asked us if she wanted us to clean this and we were looking at each other and you can clean that smell. She then said that she would call the office and see what could be done. We waited at least an hour but didn't hear anything back. I called the host back to see if they talked with the caretaker and they said no. I shared with the host that we can't stay here. He said that there wasn't anything he could do till tomorrow. This is not right, no options. Very poor service.

Location not even close
We showed up for a celebration of life. On the map it showed this place located right across the street. When we got to the location could not find the place. We called and they sent us written driving instructions. It was 6-7min down the road. 100% this ruined the trip for the kids and everyone! They blame vrbo and vrbo says they place the location on the map. Its just BS!!! Seems to me that they list the home in that location so you rent with them because it shows on a beach access. Just look for the other home in the area when visiting ocean city. Also front door dose not lock, spider webs everywhere, back door very hard to open and neighbors are very rude. Place needs work

We had a great time. Access to the beach. Nice layout and furniture. Comfortable beds. Some items older and some new. Appliances could be updated. Only one small burner on stovetop worked. Microwave was slow. But reasonable cost.

Wonderful getaway but needs some updating
This is an amazing area and a perfect place for a family getaway. We loved all the kitchen tools that were available. The back deck and seating could use some updating. Most of the outdoor chairs were broken. This is the spot we wanted to spend most of our time but there weren’t enough chairs because most were broken. There were lots of games available and we utilized a few of them. The washer and dryer were really nice. They should leave directions for renters on how to use front loader washers. Not everyone knows how to take care of them so it smelled like mold. The beds were comfortable, much better than staying at a hotel! I would highly recommend this place once everything is updated, otherwise I would say it is too expensive for what you get.

Nice house, close to the beach - the only problems were ants were abundant on the counter and floors - a care taker came very quickly and put poison out for them. The cupboards and closets were dirty. We would stay here again.

Started off rough and didn’t get better
Let’s just say didn’t start off right and never got better. We booked on Vrbo and had it filtered w 8 guest 2 pets. Got the agreement and only place it talked about pets was pet fee ( no number specified and had the cost) so I questioned if they had my guest amount right and pet fee. I didn’t get a response until day before trip. When I got to talk to lady named Laurie she said yea only have one pet and 8 guest. Told her that was wrong and we triple check that she just emailed we corrected and charged u for extra pet. Which I do understand but asked for breakdown and all she could do was be rude and then tell me if you don’t want to pay pet fee leave your pet at home. At this point I’m mad that should would say that . Asked if I csn talk to manager which he doesn’t come in until Monday and we check in Sunday. So I agreed to pay the extra pet fee because didn’t want to get charged for bribing un approved pet. So that’s how it started and just set a bad mood for trip down there and experience. I reached out multiple times and no contact until day before trip and no time to cancel w full refund so BEWARE. When you get there furniture was outdated and had rips on side which we took pictures of. Only some outlets would work. Sliding door downstairs was broken and off track. Also upstairs has a nice view of sunset but no blinds on that main slider and place gets hot so beware no ventilation place got hot and stayed hot. For warning if your a family or multiple days they only give you two pods for dishwasher and 2 pods for washer so be sure to pack your own so you can take advantage of dish washer so you can “ relax” on vacay. Love the ocean but from start wasn’t a good experience from start and just left a bad taste in our mouth. Paid a lot and zero to no communication or help. But kids made the trip fun and always love our days at the beach. Last complaint was Laurie was the one working on weekends and when I’m asking her fir explanation on surprise Fee that we weren’t aware of until day before she began to be defensive and say she’s the only one There during weekends and works by herself so what do I want her to do. And all I was asking Was for breakdown of fee and have it on rental agreement. Agreement has guest number but not pets and on top it says max 2 but not how many Vrbo has written down. So when I was frustrated she got mad and hung up me.

Good for QUIET relaxation
We had a nice book club weekend – loved the sound & smell of the ocean, enjoyed the 8 minute stroll to the ocean, and slept well with the comfy beds & pillows. This place has a lot of potential. However, the house was not the cleanest when we arrived. Also, be aware: the neighbors gave us dirty looks upon arrival and there is a sign inside saying "24 hrs a day no noise ultra quiet zone." This place would be great for a quiet, relaxing time... if you bring cleaning supplies and stay mostly inside or at the beach.

Great house for kids
We really enjoyed our stay, wonderful location and a large house. It was the perfect location for playing at the beach and plenty of room for our 4 adults and 2 toddlers (who shared a room). They even had dog bowls ready for us. Would stay here again.
