Convenient comfort
One night stay- flew into Addis then out the next morning. Airport pick up was waiting on arrival (despite immigration taking ages!) and was friendly. Massive triple-sized room with kitchenette. Comfy bed. Breakfast average

Every morning even Sundays there is a loud music coming from the school besides the guesthouse.I was in a room facing cmc road and i would get all the music.

Excellent for contractors
The guest house is a little out the way from the city. Its fine for contractors of which some where staying. It's a budget accommodation basically. All the appliances had the spade plugs and only one adapter, bit inconvenient, as with most hotels etc the internet is poor, always off. The bedding is not particularly clean and only changed once in 6 nights and that was just the bed flat sheet!! Forget breakfast that is awful, and after a not so peaceful night due to constant dog barking every night!! The cooking facilities in the suite was poor and dirty, and the smell from under the sink was awful, the seating covers in the room looked like it had entertained a stag party covered in stains. For me and my wife we wouldn't recommend staying and unless it improved significantly we would not stay again.

INCREDIBLY FAR AWAY FROM THE CITY!!
Please do not be deceived by the hotel location description - it is 100% misleading. This hotel is VERY far away from the city. It is easily 20 minutes & $15-20 USD for a taxi each way (and taxis were not thrilled about driving that far out). It is NOT even remotely close to any of those attractions they list. In fact, it is in a rural suburb just off a big highway and near 2 restaurants serving pizza. The rooms are nice and clean and set up like a long-term residence, but it isn't worth the price. They even left me at the airport for 2.5 hrs waiting for the "free" lift (another guest was left for 1.5 hrs). Now that I know about Addis, I would never have even considered this location.

Quiet, super clean, friendly staff.
I was nicely impressed. Even though the place is small, the staff is very friendly. The guest house in general was very clean and my room was immaculate. Be advised though that there is no elevator. For me it was no problem even though I was in the 3rd floor but it could be for others. Free breakfast is served every morning, nothing pretensious but will include eggs if you want them. Transportation to and from the airport was provided but had to be previously arranged. Location may not be bad for others; restaurant, supermarket and bank are within walking distance but for me was a little far from the airport where I needed to go on a regular basis. Otherwise very satisfied and I would return if I had to.

All was good except there was supposed to be a shuttle bus (car) picking us up from airport and there wasn't. Apparently you should phone guest house beforehand to let them know flight details however this was not stated on website...Oh and taxi driver didn't know where guest house was, apparently it's a 'newer' one Gym there which is good, no pool

Good for those in Ethiopia for business and tours
We enjoyed the modern gym. the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the manager, picked and dropped us at the airport for free. The room was spacious and comfortable.
