East facing and marina view. Living room with 140 cm sofa-bed rapido. Kitchen area with large fridge, 2 electric rings, microwave, coffee machine, tv, iron, hoover and air cooler. Shower room and WC. No terrace. The residence secure parking is at your disposal depending on availabilty. Security deposit : 380 euros. Administration fee : 29 euros. Local tourist tax to be paid on arrival, 1.15 euro per day; per adult. Renting of sheets and towels : 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or can be done yourself upon departure. Arriving : From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24h to notify us of any malfunctions. Departure before 11am : make an appointment when you arrive to carry out the inventory. Please send us your civic liability insurance, without the insurance will cost 24 euros. Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
