Roy was friendly. It is behind the house on a dirt ally where you park is also dirt. The floor was dirty, being you walk in dirt to get to the door, there is no mat to get dirt off your shoes, so dirt is tracked into the floor. In winter the heater is not big enough to heat the large room and no heat in bath room so in winter it was cold and to cold to take a shower, the bathroom has a small mirror.
