“Indeed, the condition of the accommodation was unsanitary. The linens and blankets were tattered, with visible stains. The overall state of the place was extremely poor. Despite our complaints to the management, all they offered was a replacement set of linens and blankets, which were also unclean. We opted not to spend the entire night there and sought a refund. Regrettably, there is no mechanism in place for me to share photographic evidence of the numerous issues, including widespread mildew……
