“The location for our visit to Meijer Gardens was good. Although on a busy road, you avoid Downtown Grand Rapids. The room was clean & spacious. The breakfast outstanding. We didn’t take advantage of the managers reception but they served good & free drinks. Our only disappointment was that the pool was small & crowded.”

“Our room was at the end of the 2nd floor. We checked in around 7pm and were surprised to find piles of dirty linen outside 2 doors near our room. Our room was very clean so we wondered if something happened to the person who was responsible to clean the rooms. The night clerk said that he found the maid's cleaning cart left in the middle of the hall of the first floor and he also wondered what happened. Since we arrived at 7pm and had taken a shuttle from the airport we were hoping the hotel……

“This is a nice little hotel. Well kept and centrally located. It’s small but has a full common area with a kitchen plus balconies overlooking the river. Good value for the money. And while I never saw any staff, I was given codes for doors which were easy to use, WiFi codes and numbers to call if I needed anything.”
