Friendly staff and managers.

Very pleasant experience and good quality for the money. Better than the Marriot Courtyard in downtown. Breakfast was very good, clean dining room and fresh. Only draw back was the hotness of the coffee and hot water at times.

Budget friendly

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was nice - close to grocery store and restaurants, but quiet. Breakfast was alright - not a huge variety. Our room was mostly clean, but a little dingy - a bit of food stuck to the wall next to the garbage can. The shower door wasn't hung correctly, so it didn't seal and flooded the bathroom floor every time someone showered.

Great stay in grand rapids affordable

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only problem i had was the air conditioner did not work the first night however the changed my room the next day and the rest of my stay was fine . They offer a full breakfast and this particular hotel was with walking distance of a convevience store ,grocery store, and a nice restaurant and within a very short drive of several other placees to eat

Basic hotel that was clean and quiet. We booked this hotel because it offered shuttle service to the airport. Everything went just great, no problem getting to or from airport using shuttle.

Checkin was fast and friendly. The room overall was nice. It looked recently renovated. Mostly clean except things like light switches that looked gross. The outlets were old and it took me a couple tries to find an outlet that fit my phone charger. The ones in the wall didn’t hold it in place tightly

I enjoyed the location, close to restaurants , had a Meijer right across the street which was helpful! Only thing is no housekeeping was done in our rooms while we were there
