“The staff here is fantastic- from front desk to maintenance. There were some very difficult guests during our stay and the hotel handled their many demands and rudeness extremely well. Because many people were there for the same event there was an for each morning when breakfast was overcrowded and ran out of eggs, coffee, and water. The rooms were quiet and comfortable and has a great view of the city. There area is safe and very close to the city’s free streetcar which we rode to every stop……

“The staff was amazing! A young lady named Nana checked me in, seeing I was on crutches, she cared my bags from the car to my room and got everything put away. When I left I was shown the same hospitality by them coming to my room and carrying them to the car.”
