“Not our 1st stay, everything was excellent as usual!”

“应该是新开业的酒店，很多问题衔接不上，管理比较混乱，面巾纸没有货、房卡不好用直到离开酒店。餐厅咖啡经常没有……”

“The room arranged was very noisy, but everything else was fine.”

“Staff was excellent in working with us. We were visiting due to a family emergency and they kept us in the same room after having to extend our stay. Room was clean and good amenities. Breakfast had a limited menu but was tasty with good hours. There was also an indoor pool. Plenty of parking with dining options within walking distance and / or a short drive. Would stay again. ”

“We booked two rooms. 1st room had dirty table with food stains, fridge and broken sink handles. 2nd room had broken stove top, broken sink handle. 2nd room also had dust, lots of hair, and stain on bed sheet which they just put a blanket to cover on top of it. Boxes everywhere in the lobby stacked up and pool area was closed and was being used as storage with boxes everywhere as well. Asked for refund and got out of there fast to fund a new hotel.”

“The staff were really friendly and helpful. We have stayed here three times, and the staff have always been the best amenity. However, this last stay, we felt the room wasn't as clean. Still a 4, but not a 5. We will continue to stay here when we visit Pleasant Hill.”

“The room was clean, but dated. Pool and hot tub were nice, my kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast wasn’t very good, we had eggs which were tasteless and biscuits and gravy also not very good. The stay was quiet and we slept pretty good. ”

“First the hotel has a horrible gas smell! Second the hotel if very run down, stains on the floors, ceiling falling down, floor uneven. The gym has equipment that doesn’t work. ”
