"Great location. Went there for a bowling tournament. Just a short walk from the casino to the bowling stadium. A block behind the bowling is the Aces baseball stadium. We went to a game while we were there. Plenty of good food and fun all around the hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. Next time we're in Reno, we'll stay there again."

"The staff was outstanding. The Customer Service was good as well. The Hotel is really in need of updating! Toilet barely flushed, the tile was buckling, the carpet was rippling causing a possible tripping situation. The Casino has very rough clientele! Lots of Homeless in the casino. Lots of homeless on the streets surrounding the hotel. We will honestly not return to this hotel when coming to Reno."
