"I rented this place for my in-laws to stay for my sons high school graduation as I did not have the space for them and they wanted their own space naturally. They arrived and found this place to be the most disgusting rental ever! We are simple people, a little bit of dirt hurts no one but this place had Cobweb’s galore, the couch had a sheet on it with blood stains, bugs all on the floor, the TV screen was cracked with no picture, the freezer hadn’t been thaw out in years. Only one small issue and that was getting into the building for the first time, once in the building it was easy to access during the stay with the key fobs provided for access and parking. Very nice building located within walking distance of everything downtown Des Moines had to offer."
