Historic District, Across From Naval Academy, Walk to St. John's College

Adults-only Annapolis vacation home in Historic District, walk to U.S. Naval Academy
The Naval Academy is across the street. St. John's College is a short block away. The Annapolis Harbor is two walking blocks away. Wonderful views of the Naval Academy grounds and within 100 feet of Naval Academy Gate 3. This house was recently a licensed B&B, fully furnished, 5BR, 4 full renovated bathrooms. The house is located within easy walking distance to Annapolis's most prized historic homes and provides off-street parking. Hear the Naval Academy cadets begin morning drills and enjoy the Annapolis Harbor views and night life without ever having to take your car. There is an outside deck area in which to relax. Four of the bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has a double bed. This home is lead-free, without the mechanical or aging of many of the houses in the Annapolis Historic District. Located adjacent to the Naval Academy wall on a quiet street, the night life of Annapolis, though close, is not disturbing. As a B&B, the home served St. John's College and Naval Academy parents and had repeat guests for over 20 years for the Annapolis Boat Show and Naval Academy events. Each bedroom has its own keys so individual security is assured regardless of the number of people you are traveling with. Naval Academy, Historic, and Ghost tours are available, with meeting locations within feet of the house location. Convenient and easy are the most descriptive adjectives for this house and its location. A full-service kitchen with dishwasher and coffee maker will allow you to cook and dine if you choose to just enjoy the house. We urge all though to take advantage of the central location of the house and enjoy all the Naval Academy, St. John's College, and the Annapolis waterfront have to offer. Historic Middleton Tavern is located in the Annapolis Harbor and is a business partner. A visit to this iconic restaurant is a must. Special discounts and gift certificates are offered to all house guests.
Air-conditioned accommodations at this vacation home offer hair dryers and irons/ironing boards. Accommodations offer separate dining areas. Refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee/tea makers are provided.

          Nice Weekend Stay

We had a fun weekend and the property worked for our group. Jody was great and made the check in process easy. Although we were not terribly impacted by the small maintenance issues, there are some things like sink water pressure, lighting, overall condition of the property that need attention - again, we were able to do just fine. There is a bad smell around the deck area that might be coming from a dead animal in the area. Thanks Jody!

          5/5 Excellent
