Annapolis Junction Castle Hotels

Great experience. Nice, welcoming staff. They gave us a free upgrade at registration without us asking for it. Room was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable - better than usual mattress. We only needed a place to stay overnight but I wouldn't hesitate to come back for a longer stay. Very quiet area so if you are looking for a nightlife including restaurants within walking distance, this isn't for you. But the location is lovely. The continental breakfast included...

We had a nice two night stay here. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean and the small sitting area was a bonus. Having a restaurant on site was convenient also. There is plenty to do within a five mile radius, along with many food and restaurant choices.

The area of the hotel is very beautiful and convenient to the airport and makl. The customer service at hotel was wonderful. The entire ambiance of the hotel is stunning from the lobby to the room. No complaints at all.

Lovely property centrally located near all that I needed.

Great staff! Appreciated the shuttle service. I'll revisit.

Staff, cleanliness, safety

Overnight trip with son. Appt next day at Johns Hopkins. Twenty-minutes away. Firm bed soft pillows. Room clean. AC was a little noisy but better than none at all. Staff was excellent, kind, and respectful. Pool and gym were small but great for overnight. I loked the selection for breakfast. My 16 year old said did not like it. I told him to go hungry. I liked it. Very close to Arundel Mills Mall and Bass Pro shop. Had dinner and show at Medevil Times which was a nice change, food,...

Love the property it was a beautiful beautiful hotel and experience definitely recommend!!

Great price for the amenities and modern rooms with kitchenette. No stove but burner upon request. We used the outdoor barbecue. On site free laundry and gym. Free shuttle to the train station and airport. We took the train into Washington DC and had a great time. The room was clean and updated with a city flats feel. We loved it here and plan to return.

It was a really good experience it was very clean

The woman who checked us in was so pleasant

I loved that the place was clean and there was so much around for an affordable price! The room was nice and spacious, very relaxing. The staff were a little awkward and cold (at least with the ones Ive interacted with), but it wasnt bad

I want to thank Kathy and I want to thank Beth. I think I lost my key about several times when I first was checking in. Beth also changed my room to my liking so thank you Beth so much for being personable and professional. Kathy was a ball of energy and I'm sure she's great to have your front of the house staff. She is very likable human and approachable and has a candor and a natural gift to be professional funny and courteous. My overall stay was great and thank you. My only drawback was I...

Awesome Hotel! We definitely plan on staying there again if we’re in the area.

The Hotel was immaculate and the staff was very customer service friendly i highly recommend it for your future stay.

Great stay!! All of the staff was incredible! Especially Channing

New property as of September 2024. Very nice staff. Breakfast was a bit less than expected, mostly in comparison to other amenities, but I think they are working on it.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly. Had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Food was pretty good and service at restaurant was pretty good as well.
