Anse Marcel is a real jewel in the north of the island facing Anguilla.

Its beach is one of the most famous on the island with its popular restaurant and private beach (Anse Marcel Beach).

Shops at the foot of the building are at your disposal: Mini Market, Italian Restaurant, several catamaran excursions and motor boats, boat rentals and various water activities (jet ski and towed buoys), and many other shops that will open soon .

There are taxis on Saint Martin but it is strongly recommended to rent a vehicle, the prices are very interesting.


RULES OF THE APARTMENT

• Please always keep the keys with you, they are coded and therefore difficult to reproduce. In the event of loss, each lost key will be charged € 100.
• Think about the environment, please save water, don't run all electrical appliances at the same time, and don't run the air conditioning 24 hours a day
• Bluetooth speakers in the apartment must not come out, let alone go to the beach!
• Friends who smoke: please respect this place as if it were your own ;-)
• Saint Martin is a festive island, take advantage of it but know how to respect the tranquility of your neighbors who certainly wish to rest ...
• Shower towels should not be used when going to the beach or swimming pool.
• Do not throw waste in the toilet or sink, they get clogged very easily
• Remember to close the electric shutter when you leave the apartment, especially in the event of rain.

Lovely space but not eexactly as expected
We enjoyed our stay very much. The location and amenities can't be beat. The residence is clean and new and any minor issues that we had Gilles made right as soon as he could for us. Our only disappointment was that we expected a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit as we were two couples sharing this space for the week. When we arrived we realized that there is no privacy between the two sleeping quarters other than an open staircase and truly only one bathroom (that is one toilet) that is accessed right beside the one bed. The loft area has a vanity and a shower but no toilet. We thought that the two spaces would have more privacy from one another and that there would have been two full bathrooms available. That said, we survived the week and enjoyed ourselves. We would stay here again as couple but would not share the space again. Thank you Gilles for sharing your space with us.

Cosy
The apartment was cosy and clean and had everything you could want. Including secure parking. It’s just like the pictures. The complex has a well stocked little grocery shop, coffee shop and restaurant. The beach is a two minute walk away. My only suggestion is info on how the appliances work—which we eventually figured out.
