"Loved the position of the hotel. Could walk to anywhere in Dundee. Back from main city roads so quiet at night. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again."

"Great hotel, good condition, good room, nice and clean. Good breakfast but one issue, please don't put out orange "drink" or orange squash and label it Orange Juice, especially given the price of breakfast. It was revolting when expecting juice, as I hate the taste of artificial sweeteners."

"What a great location and a superb view out to sea from the patio and the well stocked kitchen - everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and the shower room was great - though it could have been a little more powerful. Comms and directions from Joyce were excellent and she responded very promptly to resovle a minor issue with the oven. Parking was a slight challenge as we didn't always find a space outside and there was some construction work around the harbour (reducing spaces) but we were never further than a short walk away. A great location to explore the Fife coastline the flat was warm, cosy comfortable and a great place to relax after a day's walking. Recommend staying here"

"Waterfront hotel rooms are located behind their restaurant. You check in to your room at the restaurant. Our room was small but nicely furnished and had a large bathroom. A quiet courtyard has outdoor seating. Breakfast was included. It was order off the menu with a great selection. In fact this was the best breakfast of our 16-day vacation.This restaurant also serves dinner and I think it was the best in town. The hotel is located in the center of town but most places close at 9pm. "
