"I used to think this was one of the best hotels in El Paso areas. Unfortunately I can't say that anymore. We booked this hotel on our way and back from a recent trip and both times our room was not very clean, not very well mantained, air conditioner made a weird noise waking us a few times during the night (it sounded like it needed maintence) breakfast wasn't ready on time. There's a reason we got it for a cheaper deal."

"The property is 3.5 stars. I traveled with a friend. I was there for 3 nights, and they did not clean the room on any of those nights. They said it wasn't scheduled to be cleaned. We were able to get clean towels daily. Staff here are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is not bad, and it's included. The location is very convenient, very close to the airport. They also provide a free shuttle to the airport 24/7. The driver was very nice. The pool is nice, we enjoyed it. I will stay here again."

"A tad bit disappointed. I booked when I saw the Wyndham connection. Property is outdated. The first room we got the AC did not work properly. The window in the hallway to the room was even open. We got moved to a second room and that AC worked great. Curtains were off their hinges, shower faucet handle was old and dirty. The TV was small and we couldn’t watch it while laying down. I got what I paid for. However, The front desk young lady was super nice."

"Check in counter was extremely overwhelmed and took me longer to check in than my entire flight to El Paso. Room key cards kept on failing to work so we had to go back to the front desk to get newly cards 4 times within 2 days. Staff was nice and helpful, but the lines were really long and just a poor experience overall."
