"Ordered 2 months in advance thinking I could reserve my room but once i got there they said wasn't able to pick my own room when i specifically got it for my daughter so she could swim but got second floor with no view of the pool whatsoever. Was very disappointed probably won't be going back."

(Claro que no voy a comer En un lugar donde tienen animales ) Pésimo servicio! Y solicité mi rembolso y no tuve ninguna respuesta ! No vuelvo a quedarme jamás en ese hotel. Para que busquen otra opciones mejores y no pasen el mal rato que yo pasé 😩"
