“Our room was on the first floor across from the 24 hour laundry that's loud, with items clunking around in the dryer at all hours. Breakfast starts at 6a, with the waffle maker beeping every few minutes. We could clearly hear guests speaking in the hallway outside our door as clearly as if they were in our room. Not my idea of a good hotel experience, quite the opposite. I booked months in advance, checked in before 5p and was told this is the only available room! I find that hard to believe on……

“The hotel is located 15 mins away from the airport. Good location for heading to Alamogordo or Albuquerque. It was clean and fairly modern. Staff were helpful. I was there 2 nights. New policy these days with rooms not being cleaned every day. It was not a problem. The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants.”

“This was a very frustrating stay and not what I expected from a Hilton property. Our bathroom sink was leaking continuously underneath the vanity, to the point where we had to use towels and a bucket to catch the water for the entire stay. This made the bathroom difficult to use and felt unsanitary. This is a basic maintenance issue that should have been resolved before assigning the room. While the front desk staff were polite and provided towels and a bucket, the problem itself was never……
