"The hotel itself is a great property. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the restaurant on site was delicious. It was pretty expensive for one of the bed sheets to have a tear in it and the bedding itself was pretty loud, so every time someone twisted and turned in bed we heard it. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay."

"Breakfast was basic. I dont think Pets should be allowed. I dont want to see a pet peeing inside or outside. Pet dander. I have friends allergic to pet hair. They could never stay at Hyatt. Bottom of hot tub needs cleaning a few people were complaining about that. I agree. Should have happy hours (free) Wed-fri. Free chartuerrie or chips & salsa. Should NOT charge for parking."

"My biggest question would be why on earth are the towels grey…? They don’t look clean even if they are, but also they don’t look like the color is intentionally chosen… they’re pale grey and look as though they just don’t get washed properly."
