"Maison située au calme bien que peu éloignée du bourg. Les moutons et faisans nous tiennent compagnies pour les randonnées c est ideal , pour l Espagne que qq kms seulement. Et la maison !!! Nous ne pouvions pas trouver mieux , merci à Patricia et Yves qui restent à notre écoute"

"Overall, I would not dissuade anyone from renting the property but it did not live up to the glowing reports we based our decision on when we booked & accordingly we were disappointed. The property is in a traditional style, some areas would benefit from improvement as they are clearly worn. The main issue was that the entire house smelt very musty and this was very strong given the intense heat. Opening all windows doors etc obviously helped, the smell reduced but did not go entirely...

"This house in very confusing layout and the electronics for lights, curtains, gates, etc are confusing and difficult to use. The yard is not maintained. Great view of the ocean. This is in a suburban/rural area with no stores or shops near. Only 1/2 of the home was rented to us. b"

"Superbe maison au calme et proche de tout (Espagne, St jean de Luz, commerces). Grand terrain pour les enfants, piscine en plein soleil. Les chambres sont très correctes et confortables. Propriétaire très sympathique et plutôt arrangeant. Selon nous, il manque un peu d'équipements pour les tous petits (barrière dans les escaliers et éventuellement un lit parapluie d'appoint) mais pour les enfants, ras, de quoi jouer à disposition (foot, rugby, skate,...). Le b-mol c'est la facturation...

"Jean-Yves est quelqu'un de sympathique et à l'écoute. Le logement était parfait avec ses 6 chambres et 6 salles de bain pour une famille de 10. et bien situé le long de la côte basque entre Bayonne et Hendaye et proche de l'autoroute. Piscine et jacuzzi au top. Baby-foot et billard ont énormément plus. "La maison est très belle, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et très spacieuse. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils et serviables. Le centre ville est accessible à pied et la plage également. Les plus courageux peuvent rejoindre la grande plage de Bidart à pied. "We had a great stay at this villa which is perfectly located, very close to the beautiful beaches (one is only 200 m away, just at the bottom of the street, and the next just 600 m), but also not far from the town centres of Ciboure/Socoa and St-Jean-de-Luz with bakeries, shops and restaurants (all in walking distance). The view from the large terrace is wonderful! We really enjoyed it."
