- Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This is a hotel for people who only care about the price. The rooms are old and tired, which I could have lived with, but I stayed here for over a week and they don't clean your rooms AT ALL. Meaning you have to take out your own trash and call to ask for additional TP, towels, etc. Additionally the carpet in my room was damp. I think maybe they had steam cleaned it at some point, and it just never dried. The room was very humid despite the AC, and I would wake up with my hair curly it was so humid in the room. Rooms faced the parking lot and other guests were noisy - talking loudly at night or early in the morning. There was also nothing for breakfast - not even a grab and go bag, which other hotels in the area offer. There is a little fridge and microwave in the room. One of the two beds in the room was decent. The front desk staff was helpful when they answered the phone. They didn't answer a few times when I called. Honestly, for $10 more a night you can do so much better in Arlington. This place just seems like they want to spend zero money on the guest experience. I'd stay elsewhere.
