The overall experience was good. There appears to be issues with the front dest and staff at the local resort restaurant, specifically, Pinnacle Southern, were not conducive to good customer service. The attitude was not friendly ( not the server) , but the manager on duty. We were not allowed to eat breakfast, arriving one minute before breakfast was supposedly closed. I believe management needs to take a little time in re-training their employees in customer service , and in encouraging a positive environment.
