“Breakfast is sub-par. Several average bread choices, cheap jelly, cream cheese, butter. Only over-ripe bruised bananas, oranges. You can make a waffle. Plastic utensils dispensers. My last day, there were packets for oatmeal, but no fruit at all. The breakfast room coffee was bad, but there are pods in the rooms. Key cards, TV and hair dryer did not work in the 1st room I was given, but they did give me an upgrade to another room very politely. They cleaned the room in spite of the tag on the……

“I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. They assigned me to room 115, which had a bad smell and a very dirty bathroom. I said you didn't want that room, but the front desk receptionist said there were no other rooms……
