“The room was fine nothing special but the check in after 9pm was terrible! They use a virtual assistant on a kiosk that was very glitchy! On top of that she came me a key to a room that was already occupied!”

“The room was very old and run down. Smelled like mold, water damage in the bathroom. The doors were covered in dirt. Key card kept not working and had to get it reset multiple times. Was not told that the slide to the pool wouldn’t be open until 5. That was a disappointment. ”

“I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. They assigned me to room 115, which had a bad smell and a very dirty bathroom. I said you didn't want that room, but the front desk receptionist said there were no other rooms……
