Sycamore - Spacious inside, private setting & next to Wayne Nat'l Forest.

This cozy cabin sits on about 2 acres of country property, but if you like to EXPLORE and HIKE, venture into the adjoining woods that is public land and part of Wayne National forest. Over 200 acres to explore! Back to the cottage, exposed beams and rustic feel will make you feel right at home. Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms will give you plenty of SPACE for the whole family, yet the cottage is not too huge that a couple couldn't just rest and relax! Kitchen is fully equipped with plates and silverware and all the pots and pans you would need to stay in and cook. If you don't want to cook during your stay, several RESTAURANTS are within 10-15 minutes. Other area attractions include Old Man's cave/Ash Cave and Cedar falls are about 25 minutes away, LAKE HOPE STATE PARK12 minutes, Zaleski State park about 15 minutes. Cabin is about 20 minutes to Logan, 10 minutes to Nelsonville and about 20 minutes to Athens and Ohio University. ATV trails are just minutes away and a BIKE PATH too!

Cabin is equipped with a FIRE PIT and roasting sticks for your campfire experience. Along with a flat yard area great for throwing the football around or even set up your own badminton court. This property also has a propane grill so you can stay on site and grill up your favorite burgers or steaks! Washer/Dryer included. Enjoy NATURE and wildlife in this perfect rural setting with plenty of privacy. Pet friendly!

The "base rate" for this cabin is based on 2 guests staying. Each additional guest is $25.00 per person, per day.

Super awesome!
This place was great. It was so cozy we kinda didn’t want to go out and explore. The hot tub was incredible in the snow. The kitchen is more than well equipped unless you’re trying to rival Gordon Ramsey or cook for an army.

This place was absolutely gorgeous!! It was spacious but not where you felt to far away from your loved ones. The kitchen is stocked for a short getaway where you are not planning on doing a lot of cooking. If you are planning on cooking big meals, such as Thanksgiving dinner, you will need to bring your own dishes. Another big thing for my family was that there were only 2 TVs in the cabin. This didn’t come as a shock, since it was stated, but for my family we definitely are use to having them in our rooms. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, toilet paper, etc. We enjoyed the hot tub, the basketball court, and the games. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us.

This was a super nice cabin to stay in! We loved the location the size of the property. We loved the hot tub it works amazing! It’s very relaxing and a good size. The comfort of the beds is the only thing it was too rough. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back :)
