No code for check in was sent. we had to ask another guest for a number to contact the property manager as the number given through the website says it's disconnected. Eventually we were able to retrieve keys at nearly 3pm. The driveway upto the property is dirt and in extremely bad condition, not suitable for small hire cars! This was not stated on website! Bathroom didn't accomodate the 3 of us who were staying there with linen and toiletries. The pool/spa was heated beautifully but the spa jets do not work properly. We were not able to get a signal with the tv so an early night to bed was had. A thin quilt is on the beds and not enough extra blankets to keep warm on a winters night. Check out time with whatif.com said 10am and in property folder says 9.30am or extra charge will be incurred. There seems to be alot of rules for guests at this property but not a great deal of responsibility to deliver the standards from the owners. It's a shame as the views from this proprty are beautiful....
