You will love staying in our charming 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse in this prime location! It is very close to many restaurants and shopping options and an easy commute to downtown Augusta, hospitals, Fort Gordon, and close access to I-20. There are two dedicated parking spaces out front and a fenced patio area in the back. Fully furnished , everything you need is included! We have two units which are identical and side-by-side, so if you want to rent one or both, let us know! Longer stays welcome!

This place was perfect and so cute had everything we needed and more.property manager is awesome we will stay again

Unit unexpected AC failure, it was hot.
Unfortunately the first night we arrive the AC unit frozen up and quit Cooling we spent the next two nights in a hot townhouse. It took two days for the property manager to fix the problem.

The area is very nice and quite. The homes are both absolutely great checkin was crazy.
Overall we had a great time minus the few little bumps along the way in the beginning, however she fixed everything while being extremely polite.
