Best view of Austin

This apartment is amazing. I travel a lot and been to Austin many times, this place has absolutely the best view of Austin, would definitely book again on my next trip.

Great Location But Host Was Lacking

The property is generally very comfortable, but not particularly the cleanest-for example, one clear shower curtain was yellow/brown with a gross growth of some sort. The front desk and concierge services were excellent! Most importantly, however, you should NOT count on the host for anything! He is both unresponsive and full of excuses-the favorite excuse was that he was NOT responsible for anything-it is always VRBO’s responsibility not his. He even makes promises and then (without explanation or notice) breaks those promises. You should not expect that the standard check-in time will be honored-we were notified just minutes before 4 PM that check-in was delayed by approximately 30 minutes. You also cannot assume that anything in the property listing is legitimate-he actually claimed that the only amenities you can assume are correct are those you can specifically confirm independently by looking at the property listing photos, not the actual amenities lists.
