My stay was terrible. Their card keys and room doors do not work. My friend and I had gone to explore Austin and when we came back to our room, our card key wasn't working, so we had to go to the front desk to ask what was going on, the employee fixed it. However, it happened again later in the night. My friend and I had gone to sixth street to have some drinks and we were exhausted when we got back to Days Inn. We tried to open our door and the card key didn't work. There we go walking to the front desk AGAIN and the employee "fixed" it again, so we went to try and open our room and it wasn't working. So, we had to walk to the front desk again. However, this time the door was locked and there was a phone number saying to call if we needed anything. I called the # and nobody answered. Thankfully that same employee that had helped us a couple of minutes before showed up. The employee didn't know what else to do, so she gave us another room to stay at. However, ALL of our belongings were in the other room. I had to sleep with my contacts on, couldn't change clothes, didn't have my toothbrush, had NOTHING since it was in the other room. We had no choice, but to stay in the room provided. We didn't even receive an apology the next day. So please, do not stay here because you could run the risk of your room's door staying locked. Also, we stayed there for two nights and towels weren't replaced for us. There's so much more I could write that happened, but I've ran out of characters.
