The location can't be beat - around the corner from Waffle Love (the local food truck made famous by Food Network), less than a mile from the Dell campus, and an easy drive from Kalahari Indoor Waterpark (three miles), Typhoon Texas Waterpark (six miles), and the Round Rock Premium Outlets (six miles). No matter how you spend your days, it's a pleasure coming home to the property's lovely outdoor space. Head out back to watch your kids play tag in the yard, light the gas grill for a barbecue dinner, and settle in on cushioned seats on the shaded rear patio. The living space is all on one level, with central air conditioning and complimentary WiFi keeping you comfortable throughout. Enjoy a kitchen with updated appliances, an adjacent dining area, and a large living room where you can gather to stream movies at night. All three bedrooms have TVs, including the primary suite with its own attached bathroom. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Neighborhood looks a little sketchy with some nearby houses not very well maintained but we did not encounter issues with this house or any neighbors. The RR dog park is about a 2 mile walk and we visited there a couple of times. Yard is nice and big enough for my two dogs to have plenty of room to run around. The door codes I was furnished did not work (there were two separate codes). To gain entrance to the house I had to call management and, fortunately, there were keys in a lockbox that allowed me to bypass the coded entry lock. Her son also stayed in the house with her. The layout and decor were lovely and the home was spacious.
