Summary:  
This renovated miner’s cottage in Redan blends charm with modern comfort. With three queen bedrooms, two living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen and a fresh bathroom, it’s the ideal base to enjoy Ballarat’s history, culture and café scene.  
  
The Space:  
This miner’s cottage has been thoughtfully renovated while keeping its charm intact. Ornate ceilings, polished finishes and curated artwork create a cosy, warm feel throughout the home.  
  
There are three inviting bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and soft linen, comfortably sleeping up to six guests. The bathroom is modern and stylish with subway tiles, black fixtures, a shower over bath, full vanity and toilet.  
  
The cottage offers two cosy living spaces, both furnished with comfortable couches. One has a TV and split-system heating/cooling — perfect for a relaxed night in. The second provides a warm and flexible space to unwind, read or enjoy quiet conversation.  
  
The renovated kitchen combines modern convenience with miner’s cottage charm, featuring sleek cabinetry, stone benchtops, a full-size fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee pod machine and a dining table for shared meals.  
  
Step outside to a fully fenced backyard with a neat lawn, offering a private outdoor area to enjoy fresh air. Off-street parking is available on-site.  
  
Guest Access:  
You will have access to the entire property during your stay.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Located in Redan, the cottage sits in a quiet residential area just minutes from Ballarat’s CBD. Guests are close to local cafés, shops and everyday conveniences, while major attractions like Sovereign Hill, Lake Wendouree and the Art Gallery are only a short drive away.  
  
Getting Around:  
The cottage is a short drive to Ballarat’s CBD and major attractions. Local buses run through Redan, and Ballarat Train Station is nearby for easy access to Melbourne and regional Victoria. Off-street parking is available on-site for guests travelling by car.
