This is a lavish and glamorous historical venue with attention to detail, million dollar views and supporting a kind, friendly, and helpful staff. I felt like royalty.

Was excited to stay here, but once there the place was just average. The castle was impressive when we first pulled up but the novelty wore off by time we checked in. Wouldn't stay here again if in the area.

We were in a building that was under construction. Our room had views of dumpsters and materials. It was such a bummer. It was not worth the money.

We loved the spa, the outdoor pool, the room service, our deluxe room, the1888 Chop Hose restaurant, and the lovely surroundings. The conciege desk staff were very helpful, too.
