A few days before your stay you will be emailed a link to download an app for your phone that has all of your info (including check-in info) pre-loaded into it. However, you will also receive a standard text email as well if you prefer not to use the app. I am always available by phone, email or even text and if you don't reach me right away I make a point to get back to you quickly.

No smoking, parties or anything that will disrupt or bother other building residents.

Air-conditioned accommodations at this apartment offer washers/dryers and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to balconies or patios. Accommodations are furnished with sofa beds and desks. Televisions come with Netflix.
