“Great breakfast!”

“We stayed at this property ahead of moving our son into his university dorm. It was a perfect location, easy to get everywhere and a grocery store only a 5 minute walk. There was plenty of room to store our things and we really appreciated the covered car port. The house was very clean and the owners responsive. We would not hesitate to stay here again. My only suggestion to future guests would be to bring some sugar packets if you like it in your coffee :)”

“For the dollar value, off season rate, it was a great deal. At first glance it is beautiful and the room was impressive with all its lights lit up. But the shock and awe stops there. It was freezing cold, the temperature was 65 degrees not just in the room but in the main common areas as well. I turned on the heat pump, and the fireplace and after an hour I had to call and as for the heat to be turned up. The heat pump was installed in the worst place, with a wall opposite it about 2 feet away,……

“Great room, wonderful breakfast. While not downtown it’s a great location if you want to get on to the highway early in the morning. ”

“Staff were accommodating and most times quick response. Parking spot available. We were given wrong wifi password due to recent changes so that was a slight hiccup and not enough towels for 3 people as reserved for. That was taken care the next morning. Pull out couch for 3 rd person wasn’t prepared as in no linen for it. Then to discover it was an air mattress not reg mattress which deflated during the night which made for a very uncomfortable sleeping situation. Lane was amazing and did his……

“Plenty of parking. They were in the middle of renovations, several hazards, especially for young children. The suite itself, was nice and clean. The staff were friendly. No gym, internet was intermittently buffering so it wasn’t great, and you couldn’t connect to WiFi using their given credentials. In all honesty, we probably won’t go back there next time we come to Halifax. ”

“Clean bathroom and clean sheets, but dirty floors. Bad smells in the building especially the lobby. Rooms and furniture were in poor condition.”

“Had an awesome couple of days. Hubbards is a beautiful spot and the Tuna Blue Inn is fantastic. The staff are amazing. The restaurant is great. Unfortunately we were late in the season so things weren't as lively. The only issue was with the water pressure in the shower but we loved our stay.”
