“The bathroom ceiling in our room was peeling/cracking and moldy looking. Looks as if they painted over mouldy ceilings. No fan the bathroom doesn’t help with the poor circulation from the shower steam. Staff was great tho. Polite and helpful. The pool and slide was absolute chaos with the other families not watching over their kids and no staff monitoring.”

“We rented a room with a king bed and when we checked in there was no guest chair. Only the desk chair. It took until the next afternoon to get a second chair, so one of us had to sit on the bed for a day. It seemed to me that front desk staff was in no hurry to correct the situation.
