"Staff was great. The hot tub was very enjoyable. Rooms definitely need work. The carpeting in our room was terribly stained. The beds were comfortable as usual. Great location. Update the place and we will be back. "

"My family enjoyed a relaxing stay with an excellent view. The proximity to the beach is the main reason we chose this unit and we were not disappointed. The apartment was clean and well furnished. The proximity to restaurants and the Seawalk Pavilion was especially convenient for attending the Gator Bowl activities.My only minor criticism is that the VRBO listing shows the unit as 2 bedrooms which is a bit misleading. The description within the listing is accurate in stating this as a 1 bedroom, 1 bunkbed with twin mattresses. The bunk area is partitioned from the living room space with limited seclusion which isn't uncommon in vacation rental accommodations. Overall, we were very satisfied and will consider this property the next trip to JAX beach."
