Hpuse keeping knocked on our doors 3 times prior to checkout time which mad le us feel rushed to get out. The middle bed frames poked out just enough to get your shin as you walked by. There were only 3 towels in the room.

The hotel has signs saying they are short staffed so perhaps that is why it has cleaning issues. Our room was ok. The bathtub needed to have mildew cleaned off. The outside hall ways and staircases desperately need a powerwash and maintenance. The staff was friendly though. The pool is very large and the laundry room was nicely maintained as well.

Don’t chance it. I’m a penny pincher. When I saw the low cost, I did not expect it to be a Hilton. However, what I saw when I arrived is so much worse that anything I could have expected. We were given a room in the back of the hotel building. When I walked to the back of the hotel, I saw hundreds and hundreds of spider nests. Hanging from the ceiling in clusters and on the walls. I immediately when back to the front desk and asked the receptionist if she knew that the back of the building looked like. She did not verbally reply, but gave me a nod like she knew it was really bad. She switched us to a room in the front with no hassle. The front has a lot few spider nests. However, after this whole experience, the damage was done and ultimately we requested our money back. Our money was refunded, no problem. We were forced to stay there one nigh because of Marine graduation and everything being booked up. I was not charged for this night. So in summary, the customer service was excellent and they did there best. But the condition of the property is unbelievable. Don’t stay here. The extra 30 bucks a night to stay somewhere else is well worth it.

I've stayed at this location before (pre-Covid). Staff has always been super nice. Property is starting to show its age. I also did not like being put in the backside of the hotel, rooms aren't near as nice (doors have mold/moss on them, tv didn't work great, phone wouldn't work to call room to room, door was hard to open/close etc all little things that we noticed) which is why I always book at least 3 months prior to coming but I was told that "they were completely booked" Well I understand that but I'm pretty sure that they all didn't book before I had but oh well. Next time if I stay here I guess I will have to specify that I want front rooms. I'm guessing the fact that everyone is understaffed made a difference in the over-all cleanliness in the hotel this time.
