"Only 1 gal up front when trying2check in AND check out..both were busy peak times, long lines not enough staff. Our vehicle was broken into and various items stolen, door handle was jammed & broken now must pay to repair. Asked4towels, clerk said maids will clean room & put clean towels…yeah, that didn’t happen, returned at midnight, exhausted & no towels2 take a bath, not good. Elevator way2 small and needs to be cleaned & deodorized please. Breakfast was good both days & staff was polite…"
