“I had read the reviews about the steep stairs and thought they would be no problem. Think of them almost like boat stairs. Very difficult with luggage. I was scared the first time I saw them but my husband managed to get our luggage up and down being very careful (we only had carry on bags, so I would not recommend if you have large suitcases). The room is small but enough with a small additional room that can be used to dine or work. Location is fabulous. Would recommend for a short stay with...

"Gilbert fue extremadamente atento y cordial en todas sus atenciones durante nuestra estancia, especial reconocimiento para el, por su entrega y pasión por el servicio al cliente. El lobby del hotel es extenso y muy hermoso sin lugar a dudas. Tuvimos varios inconvenientes por mal funcionamiento de varias cosas en la habitación, incluyendo un colchón muy incómodo, algunos puntos de limpieza deficientes que no van acorde al precio por noche pagado por un hotel como este.
