“Habitación muy amplia y cómoda, con muchos detalles que nos hicieron sentir como en casa, o mejor! El personal es muy amable y todo el tiempo estuvieron al pendiente de nosotros. La propiedad es una casa antigua por lo que no cuenta con elevador, sin embargo nos ayudaron a subir el equipaje. ”

“La atención del personal es inmejorable. Todos los días nos pusieron botellas se agua nuevas , refrescos y cápsulas de café sin ningún costo extra. Hay muchos restaurantes muy buenos en los alrededores. Si lo que se busca es estar un poco más alejado de la Locura turística , pero a las vez. 10 minutos caminando a las principales atracciones turísticas, este es un gran lugar.”

"Everyone—from the front desk to the concierge, and the staff at the restaurant, bar, and café—was excellent. We were stranded in Amsterdam due to severe weather in January 2026, and after two flight cancellations, the best thing that could have happened to us was staying at this hotel for five days. Despite the circumstances, they made our stay in Amsterdam truly wonderful. I have never felt so welcome at a hotel. Beyond the outstanding staff, the hotel itself is fantastic, and its downtown Amsterdam location is absolutely perfect."
