Facilities are in excellent shape, location is perfect for Hopkins, everything is spotless, and the staff genuinely sees to your needs and wants you to enjoy your stay. Oh, and they have the best restaurant in town! I'm sure a traveller could find higher-end luxury in the new corporate resorts on the edge of town, and probably less expensive lodging as well, but for us this was the perfect fit!"

"If you're traveling to Belize, look no further for accommodations, Babylon is exactly what you're looking for. The entrance may kind of worry you as you're first pulling in, but Babylon aesthetically is even more breathtaking than the pictures. The decor both inside and outside is beautiful. "This is a very nice small boutique hotel near the beach. The only compliant I had was about communication with their staff. I had spoken twice with their staff to request help with scheduling a taxi to the airport and was told it was confirmed. However on the day of my departure there was none scheduled. The staff on duty didn't know anything about it. I had to wait for a taxi to be called and this could have caused me to miss my flight. "

"False advertisement, the property is under construction and is nowhere near being finished. There is no direct access to a private beach other than a 10 minute boat ride to it. The room was clean and the staff were kind enough. They seemed agitated if you asked more than three questions about the area or amenities. The rooms did have good ac and were spacious. "

"The resort itself was wonderful- tropical, beautifully maintained. Our suite was spacious, clean, well appointed and had an awesome view. Staff was indifferent- front desk wasn’t overly helpful nor were people in the dive shop. We did have a great server at the restaurant and our guide on our snorkel trip, Carlos, was awesome! The pool and surrounding area was very nice. The beach was an unfortunately affected by all the sargassum. The staff worked diligently at cleaning it up though. "

"Staff was great ..pool , restaurant ,bar all were awesome..only 2 major problems 1st every phone number I tried ( including the key card holder and Expedia listed number) didn’t work. Front desk gentlemen gave me a number that was not close to not one of the numbers on the website or on Expedia or their in-house key card holder. 2nd I understand it was a super busy week for them however, the room I got everything was amazing except the fact that I felt like I was in a closet not one window and unfortunately, they said they didn’t have another room to give me, I felt like it was a cave but a really nice cave. Tahinia & Jamir (sorry if I misspelled it.) a great first impression when you walk into the hotel both are very kind very polite and very helpful."

The accommodations that were made for me even when I chose to extend my stay were greatly appreciated. Yal at the front desk was such a joy and very helpful.
