“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility is very old and when we walked into our room it smelled like rotten food. I found a dirty sock and a used flosser under the bed when we were checking to make sure we had everything before we left. Towels were thin and rough, beds were not comfortable. My son wanted to swim so we walked over to the pool area and the hot tub was drained and looked filthy. Pool itself looked clean but the room was not well lit I did not let him swim we just went……

“Our room had several issues. The TV didn't work properly, the phone did not work and there was a very large gap in the door where you could hear every noise in the lobby and hallway. We did not sleep at all because of this. Very disappointing property”

“The room had damp carpet. The curtains were torn and hanging from the rods. No extra blanket and we had to ask for a hair dryer.”
