Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The pictures give the impression that it’s on the beach. It isn’t on the beach, it’s on some rocks which is about a 20 min walk to a beach. Floors were dirty in the room, saw a maid cleaning a toilet with a towel? All inclusive food was terrible, if you have an allergy then do not use this hotel for food. No labels on most of the foods, no-one to make sure hands are sanitised on entry of restaurant and 1000’s of people picking up the same tongs for food. Had to pay for additional snacks, drinks alllll watered down, even the pop on draft. Only thing nice was the coffee!
