The villa consists of two separate apartments, located on the ground floor and the upper floor. The ground floor features a spacious apartment with three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with a shower, ensuring full privacy for guests. There is also an additional guest toilet in the hallway. The living room is connected to a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, creating a cozy space for family gatherings. The entire apartment is equipped with five air conditioners, providing maximum comfort even during the hottest summer days.

Upstairs, there is a smaller yet well-equipped apartment that includes one bedroom, a bathroom, a small kitchen, and a living/dining area. A special highlight of this floor is the private sauna, an additional shower, and a fitness area with basic gym equipment—ideal for guests who wish to stay active during their holiday. This apartment is equipped with one air conditioning unit.

The villa’s outdoor area is especially inviting. Guests can enjoy a large swimming pool of 42 m² with a whirlpool section in the shallow end, a covered terrace with a spacious barbecue area and wooden outdoor furniture, as well as a children’s playground that will delight the youngest guests.

Pets are welcome upon prior request and at an additional charge of €10 per day. Please note that the property does not accept young or party groups, in order to maintain a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere for all guests.
