Living room with an attractive sofa set, large wardrobe, cable TV and 2 sleeping accommodation is suited for kids’ room. It has a stair case inside to the first floor. There is a large living/ bedroom with variable beds, a small cosy sofa set, a mini HiFi stereo system(CD and MC), flat screen cable TV with DVD player, a cordless telephone (free local calls through landline), a well sorted books/games shelf and current info material for Berlin and surrounding areas. A good furnished pantry kitchen is integrated with a dining area for 4 persons. The villa stands on a garden plot of 830 m² with sauna/lawn, garden pond, patio and barbecue area. You have reached your destination!

    Coming from A24: Havelland delta on A10 up to Oranienburg delta, on A111 till the end and drive further on A113 till the exit at highway line 5 (AS 5)-Rudow/Adlershof; further up to 2. signal on the right in Wegedorn Street.; next signal on the left in Rudower Street. At the next signal crossing on the right in Köpenicker Strasse. Turn left in Bohnsdorfer Weg in the first right bend up the mountain, over the first crossing and then turn left twice. Second house on the right side is your destination.

    Coming by train in Berlin: Continue driving from arrival station Schöneweide, East railway station, zoological or hitch-hiker railway station in the direction of Schönefeld airport with suburban railway line S9 or S45 up to Altglienicke (2 stations before Schönefeld). Or if you come in to Schönefeld, 2 stations to Altglienicke with each suburban train. From there with the bus 160 to Germanenstrasse/ corner of Normannenstrasse. Change to the other side of the street and then follow the bus 20 m on the left around the corner and you are on your destination.

    Close to Schonefeld airport ( 15 euro taxi ) , quiet neighborhood, restaurants in the vecinity, nice back yard, 45 min to Alexanderplatz, very discreet host ( only german speaking ? ),well equiped kitchen, big bathroom , small first floor room , big attic.

    Sehr zu empfehlen
    Sehr netter Vermieter, Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Alarmanlage - gibt zwar mehr Sicherheit, man hat aber doch immer Angst, unabsichtlich einen Alarm auszulösen, falls man sie nicht richtig deaktiviert hat. Dennoch, alles in allem war der Aufenthalt sehr schön.

    4 wunderbare Tage in Berlin
    Die Wohnung war pünktlich fertig und wir wurden herzlich von den Eigentümern empfangen. Nachdem wir dann die Alarmanlage verstanden hatten, konnten wir die Wohnung besichtigen. Wir sind noch nie in ein solch sauberes Objekt gekommen und man sieht direkt das die beiden Eigentümer die Wohnung mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet haben. Man fühlt sich direkt zu Hause. Die Wohnung geht über 2 Etagen und mit 3 Personen hatten wir genügend Platz (Aufbettung auf 4 evtl möglich). Alles was man zum Leben benötigt war vorhanden, alle Geräte funktionierten. Es gibt hier wirklich überhaupt nichts auszusetzen. Schön ist auch die Dachterrasse auf der man sich nach einem anstrengenden Tag ausruhen kann. Vor dem Haus, in dem die Eigentümer unten wohnen, hält direkt der Bus zum Bahnhof Altglienicke (5 Minuten Fahrzeit). Von dort erreicht man mit der S-Bahn in 35 Minuten den Alexanderplatz. Besonders gefallen hat uns das das Haus etwas abseits vom Trubel liegt. Köpenick ist 4 Kilometer entfernt und ein schönes Strandbad am See mit Biergarten ebenfalls in 4 Kilometer Entfernung zu erreichen. Ganz besonders herausstellen möchte ich aber noch mal die Herzlichkeit der beiden Gastgeber, die uns direkt ans Herz gewachsen sind. Eine Einladung zum Grillen am letzten Abend habe ich noch nie erhalten und die Gespräche waren für uns Wessis sehr interessant. Das Glas mit der Brimbeerenmarmelade ist schon nicht mehr vorhanden. Ich möchte hier noch mals meinen Dank aussprechen und meine es wirklich ganz ehrlich, dass ich mich freuen würde wenn man sich noch mal wiedersieht. Ich kann diese Objekt zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

    Berlin ist eine Reise wert.
    Fünf Tage Berlin Altglienicke und nur mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel unterwegs. Die Bushaltestell direkt vor der Haustür bzw. fünf Minuten zur nächsten Haltestelle und der Möglichkeit die S Bahnstation zu erreichen. Die Vielfalt an Bus, Strassenbahn und S Bahn ermöglichten uns Berlin ohne Auto zu erkunden. Super sollte es noch einmal Berlin werden dann wieder hier.
