"Perfect place and house"

"We had a group of 32 attend my sons wedding on the property! Gorgeous views and home. Pool was fun plenty of room for everyone. Owner of the home put us in touch with local bus company and they took care of all our excursions. Local taxi was also very helpful getting us around for groceries etc."

"We spent a month at Maremar. Our only complaint is that our stay wasn't long enough. We can't wait to come back! Peter and Lucy are fabulous hosts and the property manager, Carmen, is wonderful to work with. On the practical side the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's far enough from the center of towm to be peaceful but close enough to walk to the market. The location was perfect for day trips throughout the area. It's paradise! The views from the home are spectacular....

"Excellent stay. The house was lovely and stocked with all the dishes and glasses / pots and pans you could need. The coffee makers were ideal. The outdoor kitchen was amazing, we rarely used the indoor one. Also stocked with all the condiments you could wish for. Having said all that, there is a great beach bar/resto within 2 mins walk and clearly in the summer there are more. Jose the host was charming and accommodating when we had a flight delay."

"There were 18 of us staying at the property with 7 children aged 14 and under. The house was well presented and very clean. Pool and outside areas were great and we could all be outside together and not feel like we were on top of each other. Great communication with Jackie and Hans and they were so informative. "The property is gorgeous and is situated nicely with a great view of the valley and the water. The space is well-kept, roomy, and well-appointed, and stays quite cool with the windows open. We loved the pool and enjoyed a few dinners out on the terrace—the grill is great! Rooms are comfortable. The beaches and local sights are a very close drive, as are several grocery stores. "The location was up very high and very winding roads. Due to being up so high this made the weather unsettled. There wasn't any WiFi to the villa which we had to use the owners which didn't work by the pool. The pool was becoming quite dirty through the week. There are alot of steps to the villa so make sure you are fit!! Maybe if the weather had been better it would of made it more enjoyable. It was a nice villa just wouldn't stay there again. "We booked this villa as we are considering moving to the Costa Brave. The location is North West of Lloret de Mar, so good access to restaurants and the general area. The house is mainly white, inside and out so is light and bright. The owner is an artist and this is evident by the artistic details in ornaments and things like mirrors and furniture , small touches that make it more of a home than a rental home.. "La vue est à couper le souffle. La maison est grande, les espaces extérieurs vastes. Le service de location est top et très tacticien au moindre problème. Dommage pour les équipements de la maison un peu vétuste, mais pour le prix on passe!"
