Family-friendly Bethany Beach cottage in South Bethany with water park
3 SOUTH 1ST STREET. Short 1/4 block to the beach! Lovely and very comfortable raised rancher. Fresh and pretty 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths. Every amenity, including Wireless Internet, for your enjoyment. Bedroom #1 has Queen, Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed and a Day Bed with a pull-out. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twins. Central air conditioning, plus washer, dryer, dishwasher. Sunny wrap around deck. Excellent yard area and parking. No Smoking, No pets. Sleeps up to 8. Rents Sunday to Sunday during peak season. Shorter term spring and fall rentals available as well.

Air-conditioned accommodations at this cottage offer DVD players and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to patios. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations and hair dryers.

South Bethany 2022
Communication with the owner was great. There was plenty of parking. We were so close to the beach, going back and forth for lunch or something forgotten, was no problem. The open kitchen, dining room and living room was nice for us to be together. The furniture was comfortable, except the beds. Wonderful covered bottom deck .

Convenience and Comfort
This location can't be beat! The added amenities of beach chairs and outdoor shower are worth their weight in gold. Our only complaint was that the cleaners missed some sand in the pullout bed (which was easily vacuumed up with the provided vacuum and didn't pose a significant problem).
