"Five long time friends came together for a long weekend in a beautiful setting. The condo was picture perfect with an amazing ocean front view. The outdoor adirondack rocking chairs on the balcony was our favorite place to hang out. Everything is right there - ocean, pool, restaurants and shops. We would love to come back."

"The suite was quite large and makes great use of the space. The half wall between the living area and the beds made it almost seem like a small apartment. While the bathroom overall was great, it has a couple of quirks that detract from it. Because there is a full-length mirror on the inside of the bathroom door, the only place to hang a towel is the single hook right at the shower curtain rod. That's fine while you are using the shower, but to actually hang the towels when not in use, you have to use hooks outside of the bathroom. That's odd and inconvenient. The sink stopper was not attached to the pull up mechanism so shaving meant turning water on and off. The beds were OK. Not too hard or soft, but they had noticeable troughs in the middle. The balcony wrapped around the corner so we could catch a glimpse of the ocean and get a great view of the very attractive town. There was clear breakfast under-staffing on Thursday, to the point that there were no cups, and new ones came out two at a time. The limited staff didn't understand what to prioritize and spent time refilling items which were still half full while empty items lingered. It was much better on Friday, and having both regular and cheesy scrambled eggs was nice, but this breakfast was nothing like the usual Residence Inn. The location right on the boardwalk could not be better, and the hotel is overall really attractive. Yes, it's Bethany, not Ocean City, but this hotel really is overpriced."

"This is a beautiful, well-furnished home with ample space inside. Views outside were also photo-worthy, especially around sunrise and sunset. Location was walking distance (about a mile) to the beach. We did note a few inches of water on the street each day in the late afternoon, corresponding to high tide this time of year. Some people might feel uncomfortable using the roads during these times. Overall we were happy with our stay, and can understand why this is a highly rated pick."

"We had a wonderful stay at this Bethany Beach rental! The house was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our large family gathering. Everyone had their own space to relax, while the common areas made it easy to come together for meals and game nights. The location was fantastic — close to the beach and local shops. This home is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to reconnect and make memories together."

"We loved staying here, the layout was so spacious and very tidy. A few weird things overall though. It’s strange to have to bring your own sheets and towels. I’ve never had another place do that before. We did not think to bring a bathroom hand towel. They had kitchen towels but no bathroom hand towels. We had to use paper towels to dry our hands. That is not something I would think bring. Also items were very limited or only had a certain amount of something like 3 tide pods and 3 toilet paper rolls. They even only had the hand soaps filled a certain amount. It was very strange. Lastly, the most inconvenient thing was the main bathroom. The toilet was not pressurized and I even messaged the host about this but they never got back to me. I had to hand fill the toilet bowl container with water 3 times in order for it to flush because it would take forever for the water to fill up. That concern was not fixed so the host could work on communication."

"We had a wonderful time at this property- the description is all you need to know- it’s literally steps from the short with everything you need for the beach. Host was super communicative. The cleanliness could have been better… wasn’t awful but definitely not super clean. We had a great time!"
