Got in to accommodate early than 3pm very clean beautiful decor only downside kettle didn’t work properly had to kept switching off

Room 7 extremely Noisy
Sadly we have to say poor, as we never slept all night due to a dreadful noise it was like a drilling sound we called the sister hotel to let them know, & I was told that it wasn’t there responsibly as it must be coming from the adjacent property & then proceeded to say this complaint had never come up, strange that as they seemed to know straight away where the noise coming from?? This morning received a very curt message again taking no responsibility & not even going to investigate to then say hopefully you had good nights stay!!!

We wanted a hotel that was near to everything or within a stones throw, price was well within our budget, room was very clean and well presented, with all that was needed to make our stay comfortable, staff was extremely helpful and friendly and always on hand when needed

Excellent Accommodation
Stayed at the Stranded Hotel in Blackpool for a few nights and I was more than pleasantly surprised! Very modern, clean and stylish property! We had the family room located on the ground floor which has 2 bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom joining them together! The rooms had tea and coffee making facilities with bottled water, hot chocolate, biscuits and a small mini fridge with milk! Towels, mini toiletries, hair dryer and an iron and ironing board we’re also in the room for you to use! Josie and Mark were great hosts and nothing was too much trouble! We had breakfast one morning which is served in the Kenley Hotel just a minute walk down the road and it was delicious (definitely worth a try)! Great location for both ends of Blackpool as you are right in the middle of the golden mile! I would 100% recommend this B&B!

Family weekend away
Ideal location to explore Blackpool. Very close to a tram stop allowing easy access to everywhere. Josie and Mark are fantastic hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and she looked looking after and making our little daughter feel very welcome. We very much look forward to a return visit in the near future.
