So so I wouldn’t call it five star , a bit far from bodrum and facilities. You will love the view at the beach and the fishes in the water is a plus.

You don’t feel safe when Hotel employee access to your room while do not disturb sign is hanged. Beside the staff are not friendly and don’t not speak English. Reception Staff are rude. Rooms air condition not cooling at all. Room service do not answer the phone.

Check In was so slow, even when they gave me the keys to my room the housekeeper was still cleaning the room and I had to wait outside of the room. Room was so small, bath tub still had bad dirty stains, tv was so small and not much channels to watch and it was not the same as the picture that I had expected. Worst of all the rooms did not have Wi Fi when it was advertised to have, Wi Fi was only accessible near the main building and it was really slow. However, staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities at the hotel was not much, nothing much to do, beach was good, food provided for all meals was average. The hotel looked high class but when staying there it seemed like a 3 to 4 star hotel instead. Was very disappointed to have paid so much for the room and meals but overall was not what I had expected. Will not return to stay there as it is not worth the money.

Not a 5 star hotel as advertised!
Note: Stayed out of season, Oct 21st-25th 2016. Didn't use the hotels' on site facilities. Booked for proximity to Bodrum so I could visit the Mausoleum of Halicarnassus etc. -My room was very dirty on arrival & throughout my stay housekeeping was appalling - one pillow had new stains on it (looked to me like it hadn't been changed since the last occupant), something icky was in the bed when I turned down the covers on my fist night, safety hand rail in bath was hanging off the wall, grout/tiles in bath were discoloured, water was a weird yellowy colour, everything was dirty (e.g. the floors), towels were frayed at the edges, housekeeping didn't replace my bathroom mat on one occasion etc. -Guest Relations answer when I asked if there was somewhere I could leave my luggage after I checked out at 12pm on my last day (my flight wasn't until 10.30pm) was "... I don't have the system ...". Surely, that was a yes/no question! To be fair, Reception did answer my question and the answer was "yes". -For a 5* hotel the food was mediocre at best & quite repetitive over the course of a few days. -The linens in the main dining room were un-ironed & had holes in them. -The lane from the main entrance to the street was very steep with no buggy/cart to assist with your assent. -Internet was pretty hit & miss, seemed to work OK on my iPad but not my phone. -The hotel blurb says it's in Bodrum city centre which is a lie. It's in Gumbet, a 20 min Dolmus ride away. -My coffee maker was broken.

I was in the middle of October. Many restaruants in the hotel were already closed, because the season was almost over. The room was never cleaned during 4 days of stay. Food is so so.

Great if you like all you can eat junk food
Experience was subpar...hotel staff spoke little to no English. The fact it was all inclusive was great, but the food offered wasn't anything special. My sunglasses were either stolen from our room or the staff/a guest swiped them from my table as I was eating at the buffet. Room had a musty smell and was not cleaned well.

Excellent experience with lots of fun and relaxation Excellent arrangements for food and drinks. Needs a to pay a bit more attention to cleanliness and gardening as there were lots of weed and thorns on the passage and back terrace where I stayed

odalardaki koku büyük pişmanlık
Odadaki korkunç gider kokusu yüzünden odamin değişmesini istedim. 2 gun sonra degistirdiler. Gectigim odanin tuvaletinde daha agir bir koku vardi. Ve bu durum karşısında personelin aşırı ilgisiz tutumu akıl almazdı. Böyle korkunç bir sorunu gidermeden insanlara bu odalari nasil veriyolar aklim almiyor. Bu berbat durum harici yorum yapmak gereksiz ama yinede yazıcam. Dış alanlar düzensiz kirli ve müşteri sayısına göre kesinlikle yetersiz. 100 kisilik otele 1000 kisi alınmış gibi. Hep aynı yemekler çıkıyor. Odalarda rahatsız etmeyin yazısı yok, her sabah 8 de house keeping odama daldı. Mini bar hiç yenilenmedi. ilk kez bir hd tatilini bitsede gitsem artik diyerek geçirdim. Ucuzda değil ayrıca paramızı yakıp çıkıp gidelim.
