"We stayed in Novotel Bordeaux Lac for 5 days and had a lovely time! Our room was comfortable and clean, the food at the hotel restaurant was very nice, the staff kind and helpful and our 9 year old son also enjoyed the games room which had an XBox and a bar football. Highly recommended!"

"The area is really only good if you want to be near the convention centre. There's a bunch of hotels out this way that presumably exist solely for the convention centre. The area is not picturesque by any means. Having said that - if you want to be in this area, this is a good little hotel. Not luxurious but the rooms are comfortable. it's nice and quiet and dark at night if you close the blinds. I slept well here, despite my room being near the kitchen. "Nice new appartments in an interesting new and lively part of town, with many restaurants and a shopping mall nearby. Nice beach only a 5 minutes walk away at Bordeaux Lac. Tram line C brings you downtown in 15 minutes. Will book again next time we go to Bordeaux."

"This hotel was super convenient for the rugby at the stadium which was less than a 20 minute walk for us. Main area of feedback is we were unable to use the self check in machine as it refused all our cards, thanks to a lady who was outside smoking we were given an emergency number to call this was resolved quickly.
