The instructions were clear that were emailed to us. There is a coded keypad to get into the room originally, but it was not mentioned in the instructions that we had to take the key with us to get back in the room and the code for the room itself stopped working once you have accessed the room for the first time. “⚠️ Be very careful with this place! I booked and paid through Hotels.com, but the property never replied to any of my messages before check-in. I even asked them to provide legal proof of being a registered accommodation, but got no response at all. Because there are many booking scams in Rome, this made me feel very uneasy. “We have stayed here multiple times. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are super clean. And the location is excellent with many places to eat close and a short walk into Vatican City and the Basilica. 100% recommend this place.”

“Our room was really small, we could barely walk around, bathroom was very small (although very clean with high quality fixture). No kettle, no iron board in our room, I had to request a kettle. It has great location, 7 minutes walking to vatican. One staff was waiting for us at 8 pm for checkin, always nice to checkin with real person. Overall an OK stay, not great.”

“It's important for travelers to know that this is not a typical hotel with a front desk, etc. It is 4 rooms off of a hallway on the second floor of a residential building. You must contact the owner (by phone) to arrange for a check in. We did not know this and it caused a lot of confusion/stress (we did not have a working cell phone while in Italy and could not find another means to contact them) but otherwise we had a good stay. “隣近梵蒂岡，去其他地方有很多巴士選擇。 食不用花時間，很多高質素餐廳，可以外賣回房間。 早餐在相隣酒店！高級早餐，還是看着聖彼得教堂，優美到不得了！酒店頂樓是拍照亮點。 有大電視，冷暖氣都有。 缺點是冰箱不夠凍，想飲冰凍啤酒也不能，更莫說凍雪糕了。 窗口位是大廈內景，完全沒街景，只能走下去酒店頂樓看風景，但這卻是相當好的特色。 浴缸很大，可惜沒法存水（沒膠塞）... ”
